A trauma-informed and accessible yoga class suitable for all abilities, with modifications and suggestions to meet physical and emotional challenges. Class topics have a therapeutic focus that changes monthly to safely and gradually improve strength, range of motion, balance, self-awareness, and to experience reduced pain and inflammation.

This class is appropriate for all abilities and fitness levels; no previous yoga or fitness experience required. With a focus on balance prevention, stress reduction, healthy aging, vitality, and living with more ease and contentment, beginner and experienced students alike will explore new ways to support their physical, emotional, and spiritual health.
